Ownership Structure:
These villas are being sold under Corporate Freehold (or some may say Protected Leasehold). Basically the land of the whole project is owned by a BVI (British Virgin Islands – Offshore) company. Each villa owner is the shareholder of that company with equal shares. The land is already 3×30 years pre-paid leased. After the lease term is over, each owner can extend their lease by themselves.
