Customization options vary depending on participation in the rental program. Buyers who choose to join the program cannot customize their units, whereas those not participating can customize their units in consultation with the project’s interior designers. Exterior changes are not permitted.

Construction is expected to take a minimum of 30 months from the groundbreaking.
