• Completion of Floor, Ceiling, Finishing 10% (Takes around 3 Months after the Roof)
• Transfer of the Ownership 10% (Takes around 1 Month after the last step)

Completion of a villa takes around 12-14 months. The payment schedule can be adjusted to your needs to make it easier for you to adjust your budget.
