The Menara Hill – Phase 2

Description

Located on the greener part of Cherngtalay, this new project just recently launched by a property developer who built a successful project in the past. Even though it is located in the quieter part of the are, the project is still maximum 10 minutes drive away all amenities such as Boat Avenue, Porto de Phuket, Bangtao Beach, Robinson’s Shopping Mall, Tesco Lotus Thalang etc.

This is the second phase of a successfully built and sold out project by the same developer. Some of the owners of the villas in the first phase already either moved in or started generating income via renting their villas out both short and long term.

There are total 4 villas in this new phase. One of the villas are 6 bedroom the others have 5 bedroom. Here’s the details of each villa in the project;

Extended payment term available during the construction which typically takes between 10-14 months until completion.

All taxes and transfer fees will be shared 50/50 between the buyer & the developer.

The house price does not include the maintenance fee 6,500 THB per month : Payable one year in advance 78,000 THB and sinking fund : One time contribution 65,000 THB.

Common area fee : 24 hours security, garbage collection, common electricity and maintenance of the common landscaping.
